Tristan and Cheryl Forrest are the senior ministers at Oasis Christian Church. They have been married for 12 years and have 3 girls; Jordyn 10, Sherridyn 9 and Elle 6.  They both have a heart for communities, believe in the importance of healthy families and are dedicated on many levels to partner with communities and strengthen them.  Since February 2009 they have given much to ministering to the fire affected community of Flowerdale.
Cheryl holds a Diploma in Health Science, Cert. in Fitness instruction, is a qualified minister and chaplain, holds a certificate IV in training and assessing, a Bachelor degree in Biblical studies and is currently working through a masters in ministry. Cheryl has experience working with youth, especially in the area of counseling and drug and alcohol recovery.  She also has experience in tertiary training, establishing the Intouch Support Services in Doncaster for several years and is trained in organizational coaching.
Ben has a passion for children’s ministry and education. He loves music and has an enthusiastically creative flair which the kids love. Ben has been trained in Children’s Ministry and is currently in his final year of completing his Bachelor of Primary Teaching. The team of leaders for King’s Kids all hold working with children cards and are trained for working with children.
Chandelle Nugent is trained as a primary school chaplain and works at the local primary school (P.O.P.S). She  commenced a degree in Biblical Studies and has taught religious instruction in Primary schools. Chan also leads a home group.
Lisa Heckathorn is a passionate follower of Christ who has a heart for pastoral care and preaching. People love to be around Lisa, as she embraces people of all backgrounds and ages. She has a particular heart for youth and young women.
Tristan is an instrumental teacher at Donvale Christian College, a minister of religion and a chaplain, and who also holds a certificate IV in training and assessing. He has had many years experience as a youth leader as well as worship leader/pastor. He is an inspirational speaker with lots of humour. Tristan loves sports & games but most importantly, seeing youth reach their potential in reaching their communities to be a great benefit to their families and peers.
